Food and Drink
Bacon rolls will be served at the back of the church first thing in the morning until they run out, so don't be late! For lunch we're copying our Oxford friends by going for big baguettes with a variety of fillings: Brie & Cranberry, Ham Salad, Chicken Tikka, New York Deli (pastrami, smoked cheese, gherkins etc), Prawn Marie Rose. Teas, coffees and cakes will be served at the back of the church all day. All profits go to the church, so tuck in!

Beers, ciders and wines will be available in the Senate House area as soon as the draw has completed. Soft drinks and water will also be available throughout the day.

The Friday night pub will be the Castle, on Castle Street, CB3 0AJ. A few minutes walk north of the city centre. Adnams beer and good pub grub (food served until 9pm). There's free parking nearby after 7pm, and several curry houses within a few minutes walk.

If you're looking for a pub in Cambridge either before, during or after the event, other recommended pubs are:

The Devonshire Arms - Best if you're coming by train. Looks tiny, but is a bit of a tardis.

The Mill - Best if you're coming by car. Will be busy with punters of both types but is good on a nice day.
